Coachellard Festival

Backyard music festival in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle Washington.

A year post-pandemic, Seattle musicians were struggling to find places to perform. Venues were limited, expensive, and booked out. Wanting to help with this problem, Ballard local, Rachel opened up her backyard as an outdoor venue. Every Thursday in August three acts perform for the neighborhood. The “Coachella of Ballard” is open and free to all, and has become a community event the neighborhood looks forward to each year. Kira created promotional posters for Coachellard 2024 and 2025. She also created a sticker in 2025 to be sold at the venue.
